Excavation & Demolition Company is offering a full time position for a truck driver/labourer.

Duties include:

• Operating single axle dump truck, as well as single axle multi-lift truck
• Following safety protocols at various loading, and dump sites.
• Manual digging & grading
• Installation of draintile, rainwater leaders & sumps
• Shovelling gravel, sand, soil etc
• Confirming slope/grade with levels or lasers
• Laying turf

Requirements:

• Valid BC driver's licence, with clean driver's abstract
• Knowledge of the Lower Mainland
• Be physically fit, and able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work as part of a team
• Be respectful, and courteous to customers, and their property
• Punctuality, and good time management skills
• Maintain truck, and tools, in a clean, organized manner

Assets:

• Drive truck with trailer attached
• Operate excavation equipment - i.e. excavators, track loaders, bobcats
• Experience in doing hardscape - laying pavers, building retaining walls, etc

Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour
